moldy smelldirty air conditioning
the reception staff seemed to lack professionalism (not the friendliest bunch). the bathroom had a noticeable moldy smell, quite off-putting. the air conditioning was also dirty and didn't work very well.

The rooms were super clean, and i found that the pool area was lovely and never too busy! i could always find sun loungers, no matter the time of day, a big plus. the staff were so warm and friendly. the night receptionist stood out. They were helpful and kind, always smiling!!!

i stayed in a spacious apartment . the unit featured a washing machine and dishwasher, quite convenient. a minimarket located near the facility provided easy access to necessities (i liked the fresh bread they had each morning).
I noticed slightly low water pressure in the shower. Still, this was a minor issue.
