“This complex strikes me as a solid choice for families wanting a quieter, self-catered experience with enough on-site to keep everyone entertained. I see the lagoon-style pools and apartment setups as real advantages, and the location, while requiring transport to the main attractions, provides a peaceful base to return to. Overall, it seems a well-maintained property with some service quirks to iron out.”

moldy smell dirty air conditioning
the reception staff seemed to lack professionalism (not the friendliest bunch). the bathroom had a noticeable moldy smell, quite off-putting. the air conditioning was also dirty and didn't work very well.

spacious apartment convenient unit easy access
i stayed in a spacious apartment . the unit featured a washing machine and dishwasher, quite convenient. a minimarket located near the facility provided easy access to necessities (i liked the fresh bread they had each morning).
I noticed slightly low water pressure in the shower. Still, this was a minor issue.
